Before you book a pooja online

A little clarity before paying can prevent a lot of confusion later.

1. Ask what is included: the ritual, date, location, materials and delivery.
2. Save the service description and the price shown at booking.
3. Check the cancellation and refund terms, including any deadlines.
4. Ask how you will receive updates and whom to contact if something is missing.
5. Keep payment confirmation privately. Never share an OTP or UPI PIN.
